Once you are in the cathedral immediately behind you is the massive stain glass window above the West door.

The Cathedral was built by the Normans in only 50 years! It was founded in 1096 by Bishop Herbert de Losinga. 

On the right is a photograph of the roof in the nave and below it a photograph looking back down the nave towards the West door window (click on to enlarge).
